Last night I had a simple meal that I like a lot & I was shocked at my blood sugar number only being "93", which is very low for me I guess as I always feel a little queasy with that #.
4oz grilled beef hamburger
whole wheat bun toasted plain
bbq potato chips
I waited until after my 2hr test to eat my watermelon this time & my number was still low. I just don't get it. The chips and the bun still had carbs in them.
