Ok ladie, I'm ginally back again! I guess I decided to take a really long break from writing on my blog everyday but I'm back now and will try to post at least every day from now on. I didn't think anyone was actually reading my blog but according to my google's record keeping many of you are reading and I appreciate it!
My son and my doctor have revised a new menu plan for me to follow and I've been doing that for the last month. All in all it seems like it's working great! I actually don't have many times at all now when I lose my menory function! I know if you're diabetic like me how frustating that can be to lose all your memory functions every day. We must have the capability to know everything all the time it's just a common neccessity for life.
I'm on a 1200 calorie a day meal plan system and I'm eating 3 meals a day so I'm full all the time because I still do have snacks worked in too but they mostly consist of fruit items. I really don't sneak in any extra foods on this new improved diabetic meal plan because when would I have the time to eat something else? I mean when you're eating every 2 & 1/2 hours your calender every day is pretty full already between preparing and actually sitting down to consume the foods. But, I am actually surprisingly enough enjoying having a lunch for the first time in my life.
I'll tell you all about this new plan soon so come back everyday to read about it. I'm not losing any weight yet but I am started to feel better and we all know that is the most important thing when you're a diabetic with helath problems!
