Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner
I've used this 3x now and I'm loving it! It sprays
very nicely,good aim and has a great fresh scent! It's
worked so far on the counters and the sink.

Disinfecting Bathroom Cleaner
I've used this upstairs and it's worked very well on
our bathroom. I like that it doesn't upset any of my
allergies like many products do.

Disinfecting Wipes - 35 ct.
I'd never used this type of product before EVER, but
I must say I'm enjoying how nice and easy it is to clean down the toilets on the outside with these! I started with the sinks,around the edges of the tub and did the toilet with just one handy wipe/towel! I think I'll be buying these in the future.

Laundry Detergent – Free & Clear 32 oz
I usually use All brand free & clear but this worked
just as well if not better. My clothese have an extra special
cleanliness to them. The whites are looking brighter too.

Liquid Fabric Softener – Free & Clear 40 oz
Haven't used this yet but it smells heavenly!

Dish liquid
I'm a longtime Dawn dish soap fan so I'm totally surprised
this cleaned so well. We even had stuck on mozzerella
cheese from Chicken Parmesan and it came right off
with this and hot water!

All- Purpose Cleaner
I've been using this all over my kitchen as my son has
been complaining about mom being on the computer too
much! I must say the kitchen is looking nice and shiny
again for a change.

Auto-Dishwasher Pacs Huge Bag
These Seventh Generation gel tabs worked better than
my longtime Cascade Gel Tabs did! Usually with my Cascade
1 out of 6 dishwasher loads the gel tab doesn't "release"
and is still in the dishwasher after it's done. This,
I've ran 8 loads already and it's been released each
time as it should. I think I just answered what kind
I'll be buying from now on. I hate it when you open
the dishwasher and the geltab is still inside! Move over
Cascade, there's a new kid in town.

Glass Cleaner
This works great in our game room. We have these glass
top tables in there that are so hard to keep clean but
this is doing a great job without leaving any streaks.
Maybe I've been using Windex for way too long!

Natural Paper Towels Tan
I was totally surprised by the color of these towels,
they remind you of something from an antique gas station.
They work though more like a bountry or brawny tough
paper towel so I give these an A+. I love a good tough
towel that will absorb everything in it's path the first
time around.

This tote bag is super cute and washable. it's

Diabetic Snacker Says I Won! VIP Passes To A World Showing Movie "Flipped"

Wow! I just won a pair of tickets to the world premeire of
the movie by Rob Reiner "Flipped"! I get backstage vip passes
& red carpet treatment they said! They also said all the stars will be there. I won this from a local tv show called IndyStyle
which I had on & just happened to hear them say Call to Win
and this time I actually got a ringing phone! I was
totally shocked when someone answered as I had tried to win the
Meijer's $250 gift card hundreds of times with no luck!

Sadly none of us here want these tickets to this show and it's this Monday so I'm giving them to a friend of my son's and he
is excited about going and he's taking his mom who had just mentioned the movie to him. So I feel good about that, if this had
been a star I like I would have been there in a heartbeat like say, George Clooney! ha ha Who knew they'd be having a world
showing here in little ole' Indiana.
See, you
never know when you will win something so keep on trying.

Update: This turned out to be a bad experience. I couldn't go so we
found womeone who said he would go instead. After
repeated phone calls trying to make sure the tickets
would be at the pickup window with no luck it became
so aggravating. In the end, two hours before show time the
tickets magically were at the desk as they were supposed to be; only to find out after all of these calls and work; our guest decided not to go because his young daughter decided she didn't want to see it! What a mess! The moral of this story
boys and girls is know what you are winning before you enter a giveaway! I've learned that lesson the hard way!

Product Review LobLolly Lane Clothing Blouse-Top

Today, I'd like to feature a website of a company called
Lobolly Lane. It's headquarters is Atlanta, Georgia and you
can buy their clothing for women and girls online or by
attending some of their special events. They have a lot of
pretty patterns in shirts,tops, tanks just to name a few.

I found this on their website about their name which I know
you're curious about, so was I!

"How did you name the company loblolly lane?...
Fond childhood memories live on Loblolly Lane, which is in Greenville, S.C. And yes, the Loblolly is a pine tree specifically found in the southeast."

LobLolly Lane sent me a black top for a product review and i adore it. I love getting surprise items in the mail. They
shipped it priority mail in a tyvek mailer so it arrived
very quickly with no harm done. Those tyvek fliers are
amazing aren't they? You could ship anything in them.

Anyway, back to the beautiful blouse that was inside
from loblolly lane (try saying that 10x real fast)! The top is a black background sleeveless tank top with dark gray
features highlighted in a wirling pattern. It's super cute
and I like it.

I like that they carry all sizes of clothing as I am a plus size gal. This one fit me very nicely I really like wearing it. I
think I have a new summer tank top with some style. This
top has a special feature of tying at the top on one
side and not on the other. I think that is a very
clever design idea that I had not seen anyone do before.

The hem is stitched well and in place so it looks like
they know what they are doing over there at Lobolly Lane.
They also sent me 4 nice postcards to use with some of their designs
on them, they are really sweet so I'm going to use them.

This fabric is very soft to the touch. It's a very
beautiful and well made top. They have dozens of designs
on their website for girls and women, many colors of prints too. They said they may
someday add a boy's line too wouldn't that be neat?

Product Review Usana Products Tasty Bars,Shakes and Snacks Diabetic Friendly-Health For Life Now

A few weeks ago the great people at a compnay called Usana sent me some goodies to sample. I had asked for a smaple in order to write a product review. I was so surprised when I got the package as it contained all of this:

Sent 2 bars of Peanut Butter Crunch, 2 of the Chocolate Fusion & 2 of the Oatmeal Raisin Bars along with 2 of the Rev3 surge packs. Also Chocolate and Strawberry Nutrimeal Package.

That's a lot of snacks isn't it? I love it when I get
snacks by mail it's like a new Christmas present every day
just waiting to be opened! I've been trying these snacks during
the last couple of weeks and I have found they taste
delicious! I especially adore that oatmeal raising bar I ate
first that reminded me of a great homebaked cookie recipe I used
to make. I wish I had a case of those things!



Actually everything I have tasted has been wonderful. They are
fresh and they have a little crunch to them which is always
a good thing in a snack treat. Usana uses all natural ingredients
and these bars even say gluten-free on them which I know a lot
of you will appreciate.

The chocolate peanut butter one is to die for it's like
a creamy crunchy candy bar but it only has 160 calories
in the entrie bar! Since I have to eat so many snacks
a day to control blood sugar I just usually tear off about
1/3 of a bar, that way one bar will make me 3 snacks. It's
a matter of moderation because this tastes so good I could
easily have eaten the whole thing at once without even
hesitating.

I have tried the strawberry shake so far and I really liked
it! The flavor was dead on like you had just popped the first
juicy strawberry of summer into your mouth. They say "excellent
source of dietary fiber" right on the package so they are
good tasting and good for you always an A+ around here.

Recently, Alight.com sent me a beautiful orange/brown blouse size 14 to review by priority mail so it arrived quickly.
I wear a plus size 1x or a size 22. I'll either use it as a giveaway
item on this blog for one lucky reader or I can use it as a
gift. The top is well made the stitches look nice, the hems are
all neat and in place. The fabric is kind of sheer and smooth feeling. They have a great website where you can even sign up
for thei remail newsletter if you'd like so you can see all the latest and greatest fashions.

It has all the colors of the fall in this blouse, anyone would be really product to own it. It's from their Dress-U-!! Line by Sharon. The fabric is 100% polysester so it feels especially soft
and silky to the touch. It has the cutest double ruffle along the entire neck and front of the blouse. Has a tie closure in the center so it's made to be worn over another top.

I really love the sleeves on this blouse as they flow all the way down your arm and have a custom hemmed opening at the wrist which
fits loosely like it's floating across your arms. This is
clearly a nice designer blouse so someone is going to be very glad
to receive it.

The top has a straight edge hem and fits loosely over another top.
Their is a lot of colorful activity going on with this
blouse, it's like a picture in motion.

Do you ever have trouble falling asleep because your room is not dark enough? I have this problem a lot but I may have found a neat solution for it. I recently requested to try a cooling eye pillow mask from a company called Aroma Home.

They shipped me out a sample very quickly and I've used it a few times now and it works to help me fall asleep faster. The sample they sent me was a light shade of mint green so I like that. It also is scented with lavender which is one of my favorite fragrances around. How they guessed that I don't know.

The pillow does rest your eyes and it makes you feel like you're at a spa retreat just relaxing without a care in the world. That's probably because it feels so silky against your skin, like a celebrity. I'm on the computer a lot so I need some resting time for my eyes. I often just stop and take blinking breaks because new studies are showing that people who work at the computer all day are not doing enough of that.

This minty green pillow came packaged in a very nice clear case which would have been perfect for gift giving. It says it
contains essential oils to help relaxation. I think it's
a pretty neat item to have around. My bedroom gets so much light thru the windoes even though I have mini-blinds up and curtains. The sun is constantly annoying me when I go in there to try to take a nap sometimes.

They have other family friendly products on their website too. I saw some cute slippers and neck wraps.

I'm going to keep this eye pillow on my nightstand and use it every night so I can be better rested. They have other colors
and fragrances available on their website.

Well I'm happy to say I've found a new product to help with this situation. It's from a company called Skin Free Cosmetics and they have some remarkable products. I've been testing four of their products out that they were generous enough to send me. They are all eco-friendly and they've worked beautifully on my skin.

First, let me say I like the way these products arrived in their pretty packaging. They were enclosed inside clear cellophane gift bags and tied with a gold ribbon cording bows. I felt pretty darn special opening them up it was almost like getting a Spa beauty gift basket1 They even had extra packing fillers inside the box so nothing could get ruptured and leak. They also had hot pink tissue wrapping paper in the box so it was basically a gift box presentaion. I really love it when I get a mystery gift box in the mail. It's like an early Christmas present for me. My kids make fun of me because I enjoy getting packages in the mail so much but who cares what they think!

The first thing I tried was the extra moisturing liquid soap and it's fragrance free which I like because we have a lot of allergies in my family. Actually the bottle says there are no harmful chemicals at all in this product. It's made for dry,sensitive or delicate skin which fits me just right. It did addd moisture
to my skin when I used it in the shower today.

I think I love the after shower moisture spritz the most because I do have that itchy back I mentioned earlier. Today I just sprayed this on after I dryed off from my shower and it has not bothered me yet so that's a good thing. I'll have to just use this everyday and maybe I won't have that problem as much.

The Skin Free Magic Foot Balm is very cooling on your hot tired feet. It has a strong peppermint scent and it's a pretty pink. It looks almost like that new strawberry cool whip! It looks good enough to eat but I don't recommend that. I do have a tremendous
amount of trouble with my feet with my diabetes and diabetic neuropathy going on too. So any help I can get to help cool these old dogs off is a plus.

I've been using the LiteMoisture daily face bream for a whole week already. I do like it but it just doesn't have that zing I got from using my Dove face cream which has been discontinued. I'll keep using this for now because it does help your faxe feel a little better right when you put it on. I don't like the texture of this product that much as it reminds me of petroleum jelly when you touch it and when you smell itI guess I'm looking for a lighter,softer lotion instead of a cream base.

Two weeks ago I received some great product samples to try from a company called Kardea. I've been munching on these snack bars quite often and now I'm ready to talk abou them. They are delicious and unexpected at the same time. They have a very chewy surface that I can't figure out but I like it.

Most cereal bars have a bunch of crusty cereal pieces all over them but these do not. It's more like they made a puree of the fruits and nuts and let them form like that. It's a different consistency than normal cereal bars I've had. I like the flavors I ate my cranberry almond one first and it was really good!

You can tell they use fresh fruits in the products and the juices because the flavors come shining thru in each bite. They are founded in Canada and they are a heart healthy product. That's always good for anyone but especially for a diabetic like myself.

It says it's a nutrition bar so I shouldn't be calling it a cereal bar I guess. No matter what you call this snack bar, it is darn tasty! Here's the flavors they sent me;

cranberry almond
chai spice
banana nut
lemon ginger

Sounds good don't they? Well that's because they are very good!
I wish I had more of them already as I've liked all 4 of these flavors. I'd never tried chai spice anything so I was a little skeptical of it but now that I've tried it, I can see what all the fuss is about. It's a very unique flavor and it's good. I know they use that combination a lot on my favorite tv show Top Chef!

The lemon ginger is really awesome too because you have the hint of sweet ginger in the background but you taste a big squirt of fresh lemon when you bite into it. I know now what the texture of these bars is sort of like; a gummi bear but in bar form! These of coures, are better for you than gummi bears! They taste terrific so I hope you give them a try!

Flings Bins Economical Trash Recycle Containers Eco Friendly Product Review Diabetic Snacker

Product Review Trash/Recycle Flings Bins


Recently a company called Flings Bins sent me a sample to try of their product upon my request. It's a great storage container that is completely reusable! It's eco friendly so there's no waste ever.

It works by just opening it up and it unfolds to form it's shape which is similar to a clothes hamper. It stands about the same size
as a tall kitchen trash can and it works great! I can see a lot of places where I coud use a product like this.

Camping
Traveling (making stops to eat at parks)
Tailgating
Backyard Events & Gatherings
Indoor/Outdoor Birthday Parties

You can use this anywhere you'd normally need to use a real
trash can. It's lightweight so it's easy to take with you
wherever you go. I could see this also being handy when
your'e painting a room to put all those empty supplies in
instead of running back and forth to the kitchen trash cans.

They have some really cute designs on them too. You could even use
this as a hamper in any room or an RV if you wanted. I have mine
setting next to my computer in my home office (actually was my living room but I've taken it over). My mini trash can in here is full all the time I hate tiny trash cans so this will work great for me in this room. Mine is actually a part of their recycle line but they do have trash bins too if some pretty cool designs.

think outside of the box and create something new that is useful while being planet friendly at the same time. So the next time you grab your picnic basket put one of these flat flings bins in it and you will be all set to have a wonderful time whether it's at the park, museum,ballgame or ? I see now why they are called Flings because that's all you do is "fling" it to open it, very clever! I think this company is going to be around for a long time so you might as well go check them out when you have the time.
