* Book Review *Living the Thin Life – Creative Ways to
Maintain Your Weight for Life by Elle Meyer
Diabetic Snacker
Recently I received the book
Living the Thin Life –
Creative Ways to Maintain Your Weight for Life to review from
Elle Meyer who happens to be the author of this riveting
title with the extra long name. I found the book to be filled with helpful suggestions
that would fit into everyone's daily lifestyle. She's a baby boomer
like me so I was especially happy to read it. It's laid out nicely
and you'll enjoy learning about how she did it herself and is now
here to help the rest of us along.
I know we all want to lose some more weight, right? I mean I haven't
been on the Nutrisystem meal plan for a year for nothing. It's a goal
of mine. I have found thru them and with the help of this book that
it can be done. It's not really hard either you just need to make up
your mind and start making those good daily choices every day and
repeat over and over again. One of the recipes she has in the book
I tried was Breaded Salmon and it was absolutely delicious. One of the
biggest things I miss from my daily meals is my deep fried foods. So
finding this baked fish recipe that taste like it's deep fried was
great for me. My kids even thought I had deep fried it because the
panko breadcrumbs stuck to the Salmon so nicely.
Some of my favorite recipes:
Low-fat Mini Cheesecakes (super creamy)
Key Lime Pie
Breaded Salmon (extra crispy)
From The Book:
"The book provides creative ways to build a personal
fitness and eating plan that works for you.
