"TriStar Pictures and Sherwood Pictures are pleased to announce that COURAGEOUS, the latest installment from Sherwood Pictures, has reached more than $2 million in pre-sales ticketing in anticipation of Friday’s national release.

Pre-sales numbers for COURAGEOUS more than double that of Sherwood Pictures’ most recent film, Fireproof, which opened at $6.8 million and went on to gross more than $33.4 million at the box office.

COURAGEOUS is the fourth release from the moviemaking ministry of Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia. The first release was Flywheel (2003), followed by Facing The Giants (2006) and Fireproof (2008). With each release, Sherwood Pictures continues to entertain moviegoers with films that affect lives through heartfelt stories of faith and hope.

“Such great advance momentum reaffirms that the topic of fathers is universal and that COURAGEOUS touches a nerve,” Sherwood Pictures Executive Producer Michael Catt said. “Present or absent, fathers shape lives and we’re excited to use drama, adventure, humor . . . to inspire men to the high adventure of full-on parenting.”

COURAGEOUS is the story of four police officers with one calling: to serve and protect. As law enforcement officers, the men are confident and focused. Yet at the end of the day, they face a challenge that none of them are truly prepared to tackle: fatherhood. With God’s help, they struggle to be able to find a way to serve and protect those that are most dear to them. COURAGEOUS is rated PG-13 (for some violence and drug content) and runs 129 minutes.

I'm sure this will be a good movie I like stories that revolve around
the police department and their families. It makes you see what goes
on behind the scenes. Of course once I see it I'll post about it for

Spice's You'll Love Diabetic Snacker

The Healthy Lifestyle Seasoning


Tonight I had put my dinner ingredients for myself in my
mini crockpot which I love using all of the time. I just

threw everything in there and set it on low and 6 hours

later it was all married together and tasted

exceptionally delicious thanks to the
Spike seasonings
being included.
I had put the original Spike seasoning blend of 39

different herbs, spices and vegetables on this beef

slices and wow was it great! I had the beef in there,

sweet potatoes sliced, green beans, corn and onions plus

the seasoning blend. You really should give that a try.

It's good for me because it's better than me hitting the

salt shaker and having my diabetic feet swelling up

again from the salt. This way I get the slight taste of

salt that I love but with a bunch of healthy spices.

I did try the Salt Free Magic and I was not a huge fan

of that one. I'm really picky about having my "salt"

taste so I haven't found a substitute yet that I like so

no bad intentions to Spike. I just don't think there is

any magical salt substitute that doesn't taste like

chemicals.

My oldest son loved the Hot & Spicy magic the best. I

swear he has put that on every single order of fries

he's had recently. This is a guy who eats deep fried

french fries seven days a week. Yeah, he doesn't worry

about his health at all. I could eat for a week off one

of his platters of food at just dinner.
The meat tenderizer works really well I've used it
so far on rib-eye steaks and center cut pork chops
and they both came out really tender and juicy moist
which they normally don't do before I started using
the tenderizer spices.

I was really excited to learn there were no calories
in their spices. I've been having a great time over the

last few months of trying them all out and seeing what

types of combinations I could come up. It's actually fun

to mix and match your seasonings and spices and get a

new and exciting flavor to your old boring meals. Who

knew i'd have so much in the kitchen? I mostly use my

spices on grilled chicken since it is so high in protein
and good for my healthy diabetic friendly dieting plan.

Diabetic Snacker

I recently had the pleasure of trying out some new to
me breakfast cereals from
Attune Foods.com.
This company cares about what type of foods you put into your
body and they makes a huge effort with their business
to help those who need
to stick to special dietary restrictions too.
All of their products are healthy oriented foods,how cool
is that? They have

available gluten free cereals and gluten free chocolate

bars. I don't think you'll find too many gluten free

chocolate bars on the market right now so it's nice they

are doing that. Living gluten free affects millions of

Americans every day including children.
Being gluten free with your meals is also healthy for

folks like me living with type 2 diabetes. I've been

trying to switch over a lot of my foods to include some

gluten free options when I can.

Attune also makes high fiber foods which is also great
for diabetes. What I tried with my free product coupons

were their original Uncle Sam's cereals and I was very

pleased with the flavor of that. It has just the right
amount of sweetness and is not overloaded with it like
some of the cereals you buy now can be. The cereal

stayed crispy a long time in the milk which is always
great to have happen. I wish I had known they had graham

crackers when I purchased my cereal I would have

definitely tried those since they are one of my favorite
snacks to eat anytime.
