serious and embarrassing this can be. Lucky
for me this year I had Zyrtec there to help.

I've always been prone to seasonal allergies
as I'm allergic to everything outside and many
things inside. Like dust, pollen,
trees,grass,mold... you get the point. I
generally try to live indoors under the cool
and comfortable air conditioning. I hardly
ever go outside for any activites if I can
help it. Unless there's going to be plenty of
shade around I'm inside.

combination to really give skin oomph to help
reduce redness and brighten up a puffy face.
How to get rid of the red nose: Layer on a
moisturizing lotion at night and a lighter
weight oil in the morning, followed by a
yellow-based concealer to reduce redness.
How to brighten the eyes: Use a gold shimmer
eye shadow or a white cream eyeliner pencil
underneath your eyebrow arches to make a big
difference without a ton of makeup.

How to use your accessories:

3. If you're running late and don't have time
to cover up all your allergy symptoms,
lipstick and a pair of sunglasses are your
best accessories. knows all too well that those dreaded
allergies can affect not just how you feel but
also how you look. In an effort to help women

Dvd Review Pilot Episode CW Emily Owens M.D. Drama

There's a new television series to watch this
fall and I was tickled shades of pink to receive a pilot
screener dvd to watch! It's called:

(Emily Owens M.D.),
with an upcoming actress Mamie Gummer and
for all of you Grey's Anatomy fans like myself
your world is about to be rocked all over
again like they did back at the beginning.

Let's face it McSteamy is planning to
leave the show anyway so all you'll have left
is McDreamy. Which leaves you plenty of room
for a new tv series about doctors, hospitals
and every dirty little secret that goes on
between those hospital walls.
Emily Owens is the main character and she has
finally made it thru High School and has
graduated from medical school. She is now a
1st year intern at Denver Memorial Hospital
with lots to learn and many obstacles to face.
She'll be working closely with her medical
school wanna be crush, Will Rider is also an
intern to Emily's satisfaction.
Sadly though like it always happens life has
to throw you some nasty curve balls.

Emily's High School nemesis Cassandra Kopelson
(Aja Naomi King) is also just starting out at
Denver Memorial. Now isn't that the way it
always goes? You think you can escape these
horrible obsessive people but they have a bad
habit of showing up everywhere like a bad
penny stuck to the sole of your shoe. I bet
we'll find out in future episodes that this
penny showed up on purpose by folling her
there but we'll have to wait and see. I only
received the pilot but it's great. It's got my
curiousity peaked so I'm all in.

So now she's got a lot on her plate to handle.
so it becomes more like High School than she
had anticipated. Luckily, she has a friend at
the Hospital, another young intern named Tyra
Granger. She seems friendly enough for the
Hospital Chief's daughter and warns Emily that
the patterns for these young doctors and
nurses and socializing is already set in
motion. Just like High School you've got
boundaries of territory you can't cross.

Like:

1. Handsome sporty guys have become orthopedic
surgeons
2. mean girls are in plastic surgeries
3. Wild & crazy popular people are in the ER
emergency room area
4. Stoners anesthetics

Which leaves her wondering where in the heck
she will possibly fit in. It's devastingly
like High School again where teams are grouped
together and don't want any outside
interference from the likes of someone new.

Emily is indeed unfortuneately, the new kid on
the block. This time around she will have to
balance the 2 Worlds even better than she did
before because lives are at stake here. Real
human life's people. With the personal and
emotional avanlance of social rights and
wrongs with important medical decisions. Some
with only a mere moment to pick and choose
which way to go. She's certainly going to have
her hands full and if if her hated Nemisis has
anything to say about her hands won't be full
of Will. It's time to face the reality. She's
tossed away the sweats and easy going flip
flops and it's time to get hard core serious
with intern friendly fashions and rock hard
solid comforrtable shoes. It's time to take a
stance and stand above the crowd so she can be
the great doctor she wants the World to see.
Everyone deserves a fresh start on this planet
and it's time for Emily to make her vision
shine.

There are way too many annoying voice overs in
the episode but I tried my best to overlook
them. Mostly it's Emily's inner self speaking
to her trying to tell her what to do. I just
think it's uneeded is all. We are smart enough
to figure out what's she's thinking without
hearing her say it out loud. The pilot does
work 3 cases at once so you have quite a bit
of facts and medical scenario's to keep track
of. I think it shows exactly what it's really
like for a busy Hospital every day. It's unreal
the amount of work and watching suffering they have
to go thru daily. They do a
fine job of the filming as it seems very real
with the cold walls and long corridors.
I was happy to see some former CW actors,
Michael Rady and Justin Hartley show up in the
plot but I do wish they had bigger parts. They
are easy on the eyes and I hope they keep
showing up more often in later episodes.

The only bad thing I'll say about this pilot
is the over usage of the term "like High
School". It gets said at least what seems
like a hundred times. I mean ok we get the
point we don't have to have it hammered into
our brains by everyone to understand it. Other
than that, I think it's a possibly to be
charming love adventure somewhere between Grey's
Anatomy and Hart of Dixie. I follow both those
series so yes I have room for one more. I say
give it a shot you may enjoy it. Maybe you'll
get to see someone get even with their
Nemesis, even if you weren't able to in High
School. It's fun and educational at the same
time with some eye candy.
Emily Owens M.D. premieres on the CW Network
Tuesday October 16th,2012 at 9pm. One last thing,
did I mention she's the daughter of legendary
actress Meryl Streep? I hope this is the start of
many more possible pilot's I get to see, I really
enjoyed the experience.

SafSlim Product Review Diet Supplement to Help Belly Fat Safflower Oil

Tags: product review, food review, diet health

Product Review SafSlim Diet Health Supplement

I do have a problem with belly fat now
in my later years. It's a shame too that when
I was a young 18 year old I was called
"toothpick" by everyone who knew me. :) It's
so funny how things can change in the blink of an
eye or 40 years give or take a few. So since I haven't
been Miss toothpick
for so long, I figured it was time to do
something about it.
SafSlim is a supplement that was created to
specifically target belly fat so I thought why
not give it a trial run. It couldn't hurt
anything that's for sure. I am a type 2
diabetic but I'm not on insulin treatments. I
control my diabetes wit diet and excercise.
Which means I have to eat tiny meals or snacks
about 8 times a day to maintain my blood sugar
level. It can be hard in itself so I'm glad
this type of product wouldn't interrupt that
scenario.

From SafSlim:

"How does it work? According to the SafSlim
website this belly fat omega activates
hormones such as adiponectin to help mobilize
dormant midsection fat. It also helps curb
appetite kick start metabolism and improve
insulin sensitivity to inhibit belly fat
accumulation."

It's available in Tangerine Cream Fusion and
Strawberry Cream Fusion flavors. The best way
to describe those flavors is it tasting like a
creamsicle popsicle, you know the kind you had
when you were a kid? that used to be my
favorite popsicle favorite from the ice cream
trucks of years ago.

A couple of months ago I added SafSlim to my
healthy eating regimen that I follow and I
have lost a couple of pounds since then.
That's with no additional exercise added in. I
walk 30 minutes a day is the only exercise I
do period and I have been doing that for
months already. A couple of pounds is a good
loss for me as it's slow and I didn't have to
do anything extra in order to do it. I also
will say in fairness that I am on a lot of
medications and some of them are made to
retain weight so I'm fighting my own body to
lose anything. You can go to their website
and find out more about the products and maybe
even try them for yourself.

Nature's Sleep Bath & Spa Slippers Comfort Clouds
for your Feet Product Review

Are you like me and love the feel of
something soft on your feet? I know for all you
lucky ducks with swimming pools, you need a good
pair of spa slippers, right? Well I just tried out a
pair of
Nature's Sleep Slippers this month
and wanted to talk about how soft they are.
The slippers arrived quickly and are made of a
quality memory foam material so they are like
walking on cloud pillows. They seem to put a
spring in your step as I feel better when I'm
wearing them. Probably because they are so
soft and comfortable it makes you more
relaxed.

I wear house slippers everyday whether it's
summer spring or dead of winter. Open toe is
always my choice in a slipper mainly because
of my feet swelling so much like they do
because of diabetes. These slippers gave me
plenty of breathing room so I can wear them
anytime I want even if my feet are super
swollen. I've had many many house slippers
that I couldn't wear half of the time because
they didn't give you any extra space. So if
you're diabetic these open toed slippers are
definitely the way to go.
These well made slippers are doubly thick so
you won't be looking for the extra
padding-it's already in there. They have a
high density Memory Foam insole built right
in, which helps cushion your feet. I have severe
Arthritis in my back and other regions. So one
of the things I never do is stand on concrete
floors for a long period of time without some
comfortable shoes or slippers on.
I know a lot of women go barefoot around the
house but I just can't get away with it. I
have to have support and comfort in my
footwear to feel good. So this pair of

Nature's Sleep slippers helped me
tremendously. I don't have any back straining
when I'm wearing them and they are light as a
cloud. I also like how they are not "loud."
These make hardly any noise while you are
walking so you are as quiet as a country
mouse. You don't have to go with open toed
slippers either they have dozens of cute
styles to choose from. Some are closed and
some are open so it's whatever suits your
taste.
You can spot clean or wash them in the washing
machinee. I've used Shout on mine so far to
keep them brand new looking. I like how easy
they are to clean. I do appreciate too that if
I really need to I could throw them in the
washer. That's important because I like my
slippers to last a very long time.
Nature's Sleep makes a variety of products
designed to give you an easier life and I am
so glad they do. .

Nature's Sleep Offers:
Pet Beds
Memory Foam mattresses
Memory Foam toppers
Bed Pillows
and more!

So check them out the next time your online
shopping and you'll see they really do have a
lot of useful household items you may need.

American Girl McKenna Shoot for the Stars Screening Party Now Available on Blu-ray at Walmart Girls Gymnastics Fun Movie

New 2012 Now on Blu-ray Dvd Review American Girl McKenna Shoot
for the Stars Movie

From Universal:

"A talented young gymnast turns trials into
triumphs in the inspiring new feature-length
movie McKenna An American Girl
Shoots for the Stars
coming to Blu-ray™
Combo Pack, DVD, and Digital Download
from Universal Studios Home Entertainment.
Inspired by the beloved American Girl® line of
dolls and featuring the celebrated 2012 Girl
of the Year."

I had some exciting fun around my house last week
thanks to Universal Studios Home Entertainment
providing me with a screening party! They
invited me to host a An American Girl: McKenna
Shoots for the Stars movie Party so I did.
It's been so tragically hot here in Indy right
now that even with the air conditioning
blasting away you can easily break a sweat.
But the girls has a great time watching the
movie and we did all sorts of things to stay
as cool as we could during our hot & amazing
party.
The girls brought along their American Girl
dolls and several of them were gymnast ones so
they fit right in. We set up the upstairs
huge game room for this event with the 60" tv
screen so everyone could see everything that
was going on. They had sent some pink adorable
bracelets for the girls to wear and I even
wore one as a ponytail holder and it worked
tremendously better than my normal rubber
bands. All of the girls loved their bracelets
and McKenna activity sheets that Universal
provided.
Everyone said that they loved the movie and
they did watch it again after we had a
bathroom break and chomped down on our
refreshments. I wanted to serve a dessert that was
me shooting for my own stars with these decadent colored
mini cakes so I was glad to find the recipe and "how to" to
do it. It was perfect for this event. I had made a bunch of Americana
rainbow 6" mini cakes that I had gotten the recipe on
Rock Ur Party's website. They tasted great but they
didn't turn out looking as good as the ones on
their website which is why I am using her picture. Aren't
they just adorable? We also had soft drinks party
bags to hand out. the girls were super excited
to get their grab bags of mini cosmetic
samples and girly supplies that I had fixed up
for them. A girl has got to have those much
needed essentials, right?

In their pink goody bags I put
pink nailpolish's,hair bows,organza pink bags
filled with m&m's and all sorts of special
goodies I knew they would love. I also did the
table in the red white and blue party type
theme since it was that time of the year and
some pink's scattered around in honor of
McKenna the pink loving girl. It really made
for a cute table setting. Everyone had cake
ice cream candy and lots of things to say
about the movie.
Most of the girls thought the best scenes of
the movie were when Toulane was being all
sneaky and looking around or.. spying on
McKenna. Reminded me of my little brother
always having to know everything that was
taking place.
Like myself the girls were amazed to learn
that the Olympic gymnastics from the movie
were actually real and not stunt moves. Those
are definitely some talkented youngsters.
The favorite movie character was Josie with
McKenna coming in second place. For me McKenna
was my favorite so maybe it's an age thing.

While we were discussing the movie after
seeing it for a 2nd showing that night the
girls were wondering why Sierra wasn't brought
more into the movie. They would have liked to
have seen more of her. One of the first
questions we talked about was why McKenna was
embarassed to have a tutor. That is such a
widespread learning tool that they didn't know
why she would be embarrassed like she was.
They actually thought it would be cool to have
a tutor of your own.
The parents that were here said they were glad
the film has so much emphasis on life lessons.
They felt the movie could pave the way for
girls to help distinguish the right from the
wrong and things that should be considered.
Like it's ok to as for help whenever you need
it. I think that is so important for the young
people of today's World. It's something
parents need to relearn themselves. Another
big point to learn is it's allright to slow
yourself down and let the world catch up with
you. It's such a fast paced place to live in
it's hard for us mere mortals to keep up. So
slow down ask for help and relax.
Since this movie has such a leaping message
about the power of determination I think it
would make an excellent family movie night
pick. Plus it's in blu-ray so you get the best
most vivid picture quality made possible
today. Gather your family around and have some
fun at your own movie viewing night. It just
might bring you closer to your kids and isn't
that what life is about?
You can find An American Girl McKenna Shoots
For The Stars on Blu-ray & DVD or Digital Copy
Downloads at American Girl retailer's
nationwide and online at:
American Girl.com.
It is also exclusively available
at your favorite neighborhood store
Walmart.com. So pick
one up and make your own girly screening party the kids in
your neighborhood would love it. You'll also look pretty darn
cool in your daughter's eyes for hosting this for her and her
friends.

Diabetic Snacker Reviews Disclosure Policy:

I was sent a movie screening package from Universal Home Entertainment
Studios which included a gift card for
supplies needed for this event.
The kit also included party favors & a blu-ray
combo pack of the above named movie. Thanks to
Universal Home Entertainment Studios for this
entertaining and fun screening kit. My opinions are my own and quoted
text above is from a Universal Home Entertainment Studios email. Thanks
for the information and the party kit with movies.
Also thanks for photo credit to Universal and Rock Ur Party.

Ball Park Hot Dogs Facebook Contest Cast Your Vote for Which Guy time Moment is the Greatest Summertime Good Eating

Ball Park Franks has an ongoing contest going on thru their facebook page that is a lot of fun. You can enter every day and you don't have to buy anything which is super cool. Hot dogs in my household are a staple that I buy every week.
We all love them and you can use them in so many different ways in all
types of recipes. We don't just have them in the summer time either. I
buy them year round like that. I bet you'd never be able to open
my fridge and not see a package of hot dogs in it. It just wouldn't
happen.

Ballpark's grand prize is a years worth of groceries!
Now who couldn't love to win a huge catch like that? It would come in very handy around here to win food and groceries for a year that's for sure. Having 2 growing boys in the house I know all too well the rising cost of food and grocery items. I can remember even when the boys turned into young teens and how much their appetitie for food grew. It's simply amazing the amount of good food these 2 can put down between them. So keeping my fridge, pantry and freezer stocked is an ongoing full out battle around here.

So do like I'm going to do and go to the
Ball Park Facebook
entry page and cast your votes for this contest you just never know who might win. Somebody has to,right? Maybe it could be me or you! I'd be happy to save on my food bill every week. There are 10 finalists to vote for so have a quick peek and get your votes in. What your voting on is:

"Which Guy Time Moment is the Greatest"

I voted on the party barn one it looks like it's right up my alley. Well I'm off now to grill me up a hot dog on my indoor grill. I like to let mine get charred black all the way around and I grill toaste my buns. Makes for the perfect hot dog with a little bit of sauerkraut of course makes it better than a big ole' steak to me. I guess I'm just a Hoosier gal at heart.

Disclosure Diabetic Snacker Reviews:

My opinions are my own for this post and no compensation was given.
I will be provided with coupons for telling my readers about this
facebook contest. Thanks to Ball Park
Franks for this campaign.

Louie Seasone 2 Tv Series on FX Adult Comedy A Normal Guy Who's Really Funny

Comedian Louis C.K. Louie Season 2 Review
Fx Original Tv Series

Debut on Blu-ray and DVD June 19,2012 Funny Grown Up Comedy

· This television series on FX is a
comedy with no net. It's called(LOUIE Season
2) and it arrived on Blu-ray June 19,2012 from
Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. This
spicy comedic series is slightly based on the
life and times of Emmy Award winning comedian
actor Louis C.K. himself. He's been given full
reign of control so yes vulgarity is abroad so
it's to be expected on FX. Not that there's
anything wrong with that. I along with the
best of good people like a little funny
disgusting stuff every once in awhile. For
this series he's a 41 year old divorced stand
up comedian that comes off as a normal
everyday Joe like the rest of us.

He's trying his best to interact with everyone and live a normal
happy life. He is raising his kids and like
all men, always looking for the ladies to come
around to his way of thinking. Now this is a
grown up comedy. There's nothing here for the
young kids to enjoy. He's got a mouth on him
like there's no tomorrow but hey he is still
funny even with the disgusting topics. He actually
writes edits and directs his own episodes
isn't that something? He must be a talented
guy to have that much control.

Louie Season 2 Blu-ray and DVD comes with
exclusive bonus materials and features you
won't find elsewhere. It has some awesome
celebrity guest stars such as; Jervais and
Joan Rivers to name a couple. As we all know
people who go into the career of comedy love
the attention to be on them. Well that's
exactly what Louie does. He wants the whole
world to revolve around him. His approach is a
bit different and often quite sad but though
you'll feel sorry for him, it will still make
you laugh out loud.
In Season 2, the storyline includes a crisis
for the comedian's pregnant sister who is by
the way one of the most annoying people on the
planet. He also while searching for a new
place to live discovers how low his finances
really are. Yes he finds he has to work like
the rest of us humble human beings. That's
kind of depressing all by itself so no wonder
the man is in a depressed comedic state.

One of the best spoofs you'll see on Season 2 is
the all powerful Joan Rivers having a
hilarious meltdown type conversation about the
comedy profession in general while she's drunk.
Her magic big mouth just flows with
funny statements and riveting comments. It's
one of her finest performances when she is
playing a drunk. Sadly there are a quite a few
bathroom jokes which I don't really adore.
It's such a touchy topic that I'd rather not
hear about it even from Louie.
Many of the topics and jokes revolve around
family members which is always good loads of
material for that. Well at least if your
family is as twisted as mine is. Man the
things I could write to take them all down.

Margaret Movie Review On Blu-ray July 12,2012 Matt
Damon Rocks the Screen Haunting Tale

This is the movie that makes you wonder how you could and would
react to a tragic moment in your life. Would you step up to the plate
and make sure the right thing was done one can only hope so.
Margaret is a film where
Anna Paquin who now stars on Ture Blood, gives an exceptional performance
as Lisa Cohen in this heartwarming and shocking movie. She lives with
her divorced mother a calm carefree life which is about to change in an instant.
She's doing her walk one day when a bus pulls up beside her. She can't help but notice how charming the bus driver (Mark Ruffalo) is with his dapper hat and gorgeous smile. As they are flirting and having a fun moment in time something unexpected happens. The bus driver mistakenly runs a red light and kills a
young woman (Allison Janney) of the often missed, West Wing. This woman dies in Lisa's arms and seals the memory forever for her and her new friend. It's strange how a tragedy can bring two people together like that. Was it fate or carelessness? Was it his fault, was it her's? Did she play a small part in this woman's death? Many questions are pondered and several will be answered in this tale.

This occurrence strikes a crusade in her heart for Lisa and a feeling that she has to connect with someone to sense a purpose for this event that has taken place.
During her reaching out moments one such person she finds is a teacher (Matt Damon), who heps her draw up a lawsuit that she hopes will bring the driver to justice once and for all. She instantly transforms from a flirty teenager to a full
grown woman right before your eyes.
So you'll be watching these 2 people who have come together to form an alliance to have justice served for the wrongful killing of this woman. It's a sad story but will leave you thinking about a lot of things. Roger Ebert named this as one of the best movies of the year so that alone gives it a must watch nod. What you're witnessing is actually the coming of age of a young teen. It's surprising
just how quickly you can grow up when you "have" to. We humans are strong creatures. When the need arises we give it all we've got and that's exactly what Margaret does in this movie. It's shot in a haunting way that will keep you involved and excited to see what happens next. Of course having Matt Damon in the picture is always a big plus for any movie. The cast for this movie is amazing with everyone being perfectly chosen for their parts. It's a definite must watch for 2012 so order your
blu-ray beautiful format from Amazon today. I'm sure the blu-ray will
have many deleted scenes and extra extended footages. I received a screener
dvd copy of this movie and it is a good one to watch.
